- Response Time: Typical response time is within 30 minutes, or once a technician is free from a previous call.
Email Response Policy
Email support is monitored only during normal business hours. Emails sent after 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday will be answered the next business day. Emails sent after 5:00 PM on Friday may not receive a response until Monday morning, as this address is unmonitored during the weekend.
