Our advanced LED LT-X3 Arena Controllers work with the Game Computer to control individual Sectors. Black light paint also fades over time. This causes the arena to get darker and darker. In our Buffalo, NY venue, we operate the longest running laser tag arena in the United States, which is why we understand more than most that maintenance is a very real cost of ownership.<\/span><\/p>

For our first 20 years we operated with a black light UV-painted arena with obstacles made of wood-based materials – <\/span>this meant we had to <\/i><\/b>repaint<\/i><\/b><\/span> and do <\/i><\/b>many repairs<\/span><\/i><\/b> to our arena<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

For both of our venues, we always strive to maintain the \u201cIllusion of Perfection\u201d, which basically means we continuously strive to keep our arena and our entire facility \u2018looking like new\u2019. The reality is that many black light arena operators wait too long and their arenas end up looking beat up. It\u2019s understandable because repainting and repairing black light\/UV arenas is costly – especially if you try to keep them \u2018looking like new\u2019.<\/span><\/p>
