I recently visited LaserTron and used their axe throwing attraction. We had a fantastic time. Their digital display and scoring made it very easy to switch between games which made our experience even better. Their staff were fantastic.\u00a0<\/div>

Last week I was in Rochester, NY to check out Lasertron. While there I was introduced to Axe Throwing for the first time. I really wasn’t sure how it would go, but thought it was definitely\u00a0worth trying. Once I played, I couldn’t stop! We played for 2 hours the first night, and then before I left the next day, played for another 2 hours! It was a blast with the whole\u00a0group (ages ranging from around 22 – 70 years old)! This wasn’t\u00a0my first time doing axe throwing, but WOW, it was my favorite!

\u00a0I came for a work event and played with a group of people I had just met a few hours before, by the end of the experience we were like\u00a0old time friends.\u00a0 The personalization of the player profile helped me feel connected to the\u00a0rest of the\u00a0team as we cheered each other on by name. The computer element really\u00a0made it fun to score and encourage each other, the high fives were flowing. This isn’t\u00a0your\u00a0average axe throwing by any means, I can’t\u00a0wait to go back and share a few drinks and FUN with friends.\u00a0

When we announced Luxury Axe Throwing, everyone wanted to know what that meant. In the post Covid entertainment arena we knew we wanted our Axe Throwing to be different than anywhere else, so we sought out contractors who could bring our vision to fruition. With standard axe lanes only 6 ft wide, we made ours 8 ft wide, we increased the amount of furniture for sitting and comfort in both volume and quality, while also decreasing the touch surface ratio of the lanes. Going with digital targeting was an obvious choice observing industry trends and we exceeded all expectations with a full service dining and bar experience that was second to none. Recognizing that the ambiance is key to the overall experience we made sure to make the most AXE-citing and luxurious space relevant to any other axe throwing on the market and BAM!… We present Luxury Axe Throwing – only at Supercharged Entertainment.<\/em><\/div>

For several years, we kept a close eye on axe throwing to see if it had the necessary elements to become a long-term money earner for out-of-home entertainment. In 2020, we concluded the answer was \u201cyes\u201d – so we designed our own high-end version of Axe Throwing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In May of 2021, we installed 8 lanes of axe throwing in our Rochester venue. We spent about 6 months developing the look and feel of our Axe Throwing attraction as well as the target displays, scoring software, and necessary hardware. Our main goal during the design process was to gamify the playing experience while significantly upscaling the overall look and feel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We integrated bar-height booth seating, bar-height tables, barstools, and black powder coated heavy gauge steel dividers to create a high-end look and feel. We also incorporated full Axe Throwing protection for each individual lane as well as back of lane protection for guests sitting and socializing in the viewing area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
