LASERTRON developed its first Point of Sale (POS) system 20+ years ago to run their company-owned entertainment centers. Center Manager Pro POS Software Suite keeps track of all incoming payments plus scheduling of parties, groups, and even individual players. It also tracks the number of available time slots for each individual attraction and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also recently released is the newest and most extensive Center Manager Pro update ever. The entire software suite was completely redeveloped from the ground up. It\u2019s currently operating in both of LASERTRON’s company-owned stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having had 3 different computer systems for my business at once, now only having Center Manager Pro has made managing and operating my business so much more streamlined. There is nothing this system lacks to run my FEC, matter of fact, I probably only utilize 75% of its capabilities.<\/em>
Not only is the system very well designed, working with Lasertron since 2012 has been fantastic. They are a partner, not a vendor. They constantly go WAY over and above with technical support, whether it’s Laser Tag or Center Manager Pro!\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>
You see something in the system that you want changed, most likely, it will get done. I’m always shooting “wishlist” items at them and when the next update comes, I see them taken care of. There are major updates multiple times a year.\u00a0<\/em>
I still have one other system I use that hasn’t had an update to anything in years!!!\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>
Some of the features I like the best are scheduled tasks. Talk about a great reminder system, daily, monthly, yearly. Assigned to whoever I choose. You also get emails if they aren’t done. Really helps keep the business running like a franchise!!!\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>
Scheduling is fantastic.\u00a0 Employee texting is a huge help. Reservations are also highly customizable with fantastic online booking.\u00a0<\/em>
I could go on, but I would strongly suggest anyone looking at a system to take a hard look at this one. I’m 100% satisfied with this product. The yearly fee isn’t an expense, it’s an investment in making your business more profitable!\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>
